Policies
Booking Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts vary by service and will be shown at the time of booking. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total, and the remaining balance is due at your appointment unless you choose to pay in full online. Appointments are confirmed once the deposit has been received. Please arrive on time and review all studio policies before booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. One reschedule is permitted with proper notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule.
Studio Etiquette: At Arii Beauty Studio, we strive to provide a relaxing, clean, and luxurious experience for every client. Please arrive on time with proper hygiene and be prepared for your scheduled service. For safety and comfort, additional guests and children are not permitted unless approved in advance. We kindly ask that all clients treat our staff, space, and other guests with respect. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful beauty environment.
Makeup & Lash Policy: Please arrive with a clean face, free of makeup, oils, and mascara when receiving lash services. For makeup appointments, please arrive with clean, moisturized skin. Notify your beauty professional of any allergies, sensitivities, or recent cosmetic treatments before your appointment. Service results may vary, and any concerns should be communicated before leaving the studio. Deposits and cancellations are subject to our studio booking policies.
